Injector Cleaner

what injector cleaners does everyone use and how do you find the motor after running the injector cleaner through it. I put some through over a couple of tanks and it has given me about 50k's more distance so far and it seems to run a bit better

It would be advised not to use any diesel cleaner to often as it acts like a soap and is not very good on the pump and so on.

I dont use it all the time, this is about the first time in a year that ive used it so I dont think its to much of a problem

A couple of months ago i had a problem with my Hilux (2.8Diesel) took it to my mechanic he sold me a bottle of "flash lube" told me to change my fuel filter than run this should fix the problem ???? changeing two things at once is never good as you never know what the problem was.Well the Lux did seem to have more pick up and rev happy.While i was useing the flash lube i thought it did give me an extra 50-60k`s per tank (worked out against days traveling to and from work) .I also did a oil,oil filter,fuel filter chance last week end ,now my opion of the flash lube has changed i do believe if i had of just changed my fuel filter the first time my problem would of been solved.

I will be getting a injector service later this year as well,but wont be using and more of these injector cleaners again i think there a waste of money

i have tried a few, no actual hard results, but I like Nulon.

$9 a bottle and 100ml/100L.

Not 100% sure it works but my brain is telling me my motor is running smoother with it in so i don't mind buying a bottle every now and then.

I should do a test some day and see if i can get any results from it.

the local pump doctor said stay well away n even showed me a information sheet from bosch stating to stay away from them
