Winch Rebuild

Post by Teddy »

Hi,

I just bought a Magnum 9K winch from the wrecks at a really good price. I just want to rebuild it before I fit it to the bar. Does anyone have or know were I can find a procedure for rebuilding a winch? I guess it can’t be to hard, but just want to have something to go from.

Ted.

Pretty sure if you just get the manule or a break down of an old Warn 9000 low mount. It is exactually the same.
Warn was manufactureing them as a cheap alternative to match the stuff out of china in price. Now they are manufactured under teh taboor name.

How about visit the Warn web site, and if you can have them fax the information to you that you need, I have done it before
