English Zook

Post by Stoo »

Hi guys I'm from England and here is a picture of my Zook, I have got a fair few ideas from your board so I thought I would pop in say Hi and show you my Zook!

Its a 91 Samurai, SPOA, 2" springs, missing links, 32" tyres, 5:1 tbox, race engine, rollcage, winch etc.

We have more mud than anything over here, so I guess thats more what its tailored to rather than rocks etc.

The engine is just a 1.3 Suzuki but its lightened, balanced, ported and polished head, janspeed exhaust and SU carb (did have a Weber but kept cutting outt off road) goes like stink tho.

The tyres are like mini-boggers huh? - thats why I got them, they are called Anacondas, they are remoulds made in the same factory as Colway remoulds. I wanted boggers/Simexs but over here they are mega money!

Just thought I would give you guys a quick update on my Zook, after serious SPOA woes I went to coils using the Rocky-Road kit, turned out allright I think

Got myself some Simex Extremes at the same time and ARB's F+R.

What do you reckon?
