Hi,
I have bought a 93 Maverick and it has a dual fuel setup.
I wanted to do a tune up on her before taking her offroad.
I have changed the oil and filter, spark plugs and leads so far. Thats the usual stuff you do to a petrol engine before you take it to the mechanics to get belts and other major stuff replaced on it.
Anyways I have this IMPCO airfilter/carby type paper round filter. It has the top section of the filter covered and screwed on by a number of screws and have a hose going to the block and the other bigger hose going to the mixer, anyways you probably know what im talking about already.
I wanted to know how to go about replacing the airfilter on this setup? do i simply undo all the small screws and lift the plating off and remove? is it really simple as that?
If its that simple then the next question is, does anyone know the airfilter's part number so i can go out and by a replacement filter?
First ever dealings with a LPG vehicle and I dont know where to touch and not touch this setup.
Your help is very much appreciated.

IMPCO LPG GQs tuneup Qs
go to repco, take out the old filter, take it inside, and if your lucky, they will be able to give you the correct filter by comparing it or even using the part number from your current filter (but then again, it is repco......).
