Presentations are on as we sit here waiting on results.

As of Friday night Drafty and Birdyy were in 4th place and had won 6 stages. Todays results still had to be added. They DNFD one stage due to electrical probs again and completed the other 2 in good times.

It wont be long before we know more.

Was some resuffling of places but this is the unoffical official results, dont have top ten but best I have is

The UK lads all finished - I don't have their placings as yet but they were thinking that Neil / Patrick might have finished in the top 15 ! Great work guys !

Finally someone found out some results!

Congrats to Hobzee and Clint on a top 10 finsh

And good to see Kym Bolton as finally taken out the OBC. He's been desparetly close a few times as driver and now won it as a navvy. Congrats to both Norm and Kym

Well for the first time, I believe, the trophy isn't heading south to Victoria. We aren't going to hear the end of this for a long time

I also think it's the first time there hasn't been a rangie in the top 3

Will hopefully get a full list of T. Trudi later on today.

Okay, here I am reading from a forum, on how soft I was to retire from OBC due to a "rolled ankle". Sorry hoonz, but you really need to confirm your rumours before you call anyone "SOFT" (from the comfort of your computer chair aswell...). To clear up any rumours, there has been an extensive ammount of torn ligament, which is what you could call rather painfull. The decision to retire from the event was a team decision, it was the last thing both steve and I wanted. Yes we considered me going to the wheel, but that would have been extremely dangerous to a $70,000+ car(and my foot) so we was decided against it. At the end of the day, it was VERY dissapointing for me to end our trip knowing exactly how much preparation has gone into it.

Well done bakesy you both did a good effort to get down there with the continuous stuff arounds that happened.-

Congrats to Normie & Kym and all the other Qlders. About time the Qlders had a win. Could anybody tell me what place Bill Lyne & Cracker finished. I know that they did not complete the challenge due to broken winch & gearbox on Friday.

Congrats on everyones results A fantastic effort by all just competing.

I spoke to Clint this morning and he is over the moon, (and didnt let his Sis down with a top 10 finish). He was a little dissapointed wtih the presentation how they kept swapping and changing everyones positions . But they ended up with a silver medal on one stage and a few minor prizes

Although happy with their result, theythought it was going to ba a bit higher with their times on the last day, but regardless happy they know how they went up against the big rigs. Just goes to show that little guys can be up there with the big rigs

Thanks to everyone for an entertaining forum especially Fish I look forward to the drink

Congrats to Alan Cuthill and Shayne Barkley the boys from gippsland who came in 21st. Al and Shayne told us they had a excellent time and wish they were still competing but als car has had enough. Cant wait for Al to get home with stories of his experience.
