Ok...I've searched and can't find it - what are 30 x 9.5 x 15 tyres in metric sizes? 265???? x whatever?

30x9.5x15 tyres are usually equated to 235-75R15

Most people do associate 30x9.50R15 with the 235/75R15. Common upsize from the 235/75R15 as they are light truck constructed, slightly taller and slightly wider.
They are actually closer to a 245 in width and overall diameter is a smidge taller than a 235/75R15, in between 245/75R15 and 255/70R15.

SIZE OD
215R15 - 725mm
235/75R15 - 734mm
30x9.50R15 - 744mm
255/70R15 - 738mm

Cheers,
