For any others interested;
Winch is mounted to plates that has been sandwiched on the floor and braced to the chassis. Rope then runs through a roller fairlead that is mounted to the plate, and the door has been trimmed to suit. A snatch block is mounted to the rear bar, and the cable then runs through a tube to the front fairlead.
Doesn't sound too hard, and helps with weight distribution.
