Aux Belly Fuel tank

Post by 5upaMav »

I have recently purchased a 40l belly tank for my GQ (ex-gas conversion) with the intention of adding capacity beyond the factory tank. Does anyone have any experience with plubming these in with a factory tank? Not sure about of couple of things like: (1) What to do with the filler. (2) Whether to have a lift pump from the sub to the factory tank or to plumb the sub into the main line. (3) Whether it is possible to use the factory fuel gague with bothsenders and a simple switch between them.

Buy a dual filler neck

Pump into main is an option.
