GQ's were the first with coils, but from memory your looking for a ute. im preety sure it was after 92 that the utes got coils, but i think that was only on the front. the rear coil utes were later i think

the GQ's were the first on coils, wagons from 88 on i think???? the chop is a good idea, i was gonna do it into a duel cab ute. but after looking at that unless you want to extend the chassis, just stick with your extra cab idea. that will be my next truck i reckon. are you gonna do the chop yasef?

ludacris did his himself, im preety sure he has pics of it in his members thread. and theres heaps of ppl here who have done it. giantracing was selling his extra cab GQ, cab only. im not sure if its sold yet. and even if ya cant afford it now, get a wagon then drive it and when the rear gets damaged.........just chop it off :D
