Bent the front left control arm the other week
Just want to know what peoples opinions are on strengthening them?
can you strengthen the original ones or make new stronger ones? would i have to strengthen the mounts also?

Mate, speak to HRZOOK of the board, he built his own twister style arms, and they work well. Much stronger thant factory, and allow for better articulation. Other that that, RBZOOK had a custom 3link+panhard with his zook diffs, and it worked pretty darm well till he went lux diffs.

i'm sure you can make something similar. they correct the castor and you could equally easily move the diff forward et. while you are at it

i had started making some befier CA's for the rear of my coiler when i still had it. using bundera bushes for the diff mounted ones and jonny joints in the other end. However i have still since sold the coiler and used the jonnies somewhere else.......still have the armsin the shed.
i don't need no stinking quote for my sig. line!
