Well, Land Rover has been using three links for years. The D90 has it front and rear I believe. Izuzu Trooper, Mitsubishi Montero, early Ford Bronco all used three links in the front or the rear. It's just two radius arms and a track bar. Pretty simple but so are leaf springs. In order to get good articulation with leaf springs on a Feroza the front hanger has to stick out quite a ways. You can use offset springs which would help. Look at Besty's spring over and my spring under. They stick out there. I wanted a better approach angle. For mudding it doesn't matter.batshiz wrote:you said u got 3 link front how does that work my brother said its inpossible but i see it on yours he said its just for show but not for play so whats up

If you are good at fabrication (I'm not) it's pretty cheap. I paid $18.00 for the two `91 Range Rover arms on Ebay. They were almost brand new. Four new bushings at $12.50 each. I went with Fox nitrogen gas shocks (no springs at all) but I have heard of people using Ford Aerostar coils from the slavage yard.
Look up one, two, three and four link suspensions on Pirate BBS. They are not just for show but work very well if set up right.
