Post by DJ_Brown »

Hey fellas, how are we all??
im just wondering how hard it is to swap in a holden red motor into the 40 series... more than likely a 308. What is needed to do the conversion?? am i going to need adaptor plates and stuff like that???
Thanks fellas

Marks 4WD Adaptors can sell you adaptor plate and engine mounts and some other bits and pieces to do the job.. haven't done the conversion myself but there isn't too much messing around from what I've seen/heard.

where in vic, at marks adaptors

do a search on previous posts on this and related subjects

also do a check for the prob solving for the overheating side of life before you run into the probwich many have had

and for my 2cents worth if youre plannin on ofroading with the vechile you would be better going a injected motor to prevent carby issue's unless youre plannin on going on gas
