hi i was just thinking wat some of yous thought about this hilux.
is it at the rite price.
do u think that it would get redo and road worthy in queensland.
any coments appreciated.

Just thought I'd let you know. I tried emailing the guy about that rig ages ago, like 7 months ago at least and he wouldn't reply. So basically that car has been on carsales a VERY long time. I remember the price originally being at $7000. Then every few months he'd take off $500. Now it's down to $5500 :P

You should check it out first, it may well be a good buy. Looks like a nice truck. (except for the horrible checker plated interior :S)

thirsty on the fuel ,high insurance ,over heating probs offroad unless they have been attended too ,and just because its got a v8 in it does not mean it goes like a ferrari due to it still is runnin a 4wd driveline
petrols don't like water when water crossin


just a few things for the negative ,sorry to burst youre bubble .Find youreself a 2.8 diesel hilux hopefully you won't loose youre licence in it and as a stock rig it will be more reliable as a first rig

Only had a quick look - but appears to have a truck stack exhuast - is this legal etc??
GU 4.2 TD Garrett BB Hi-flow, M8274 + Bells & Whistles with plenty of fruit still on the list!

Truck exhausts - stacks - are legal as long as they are Xcm from the nearest opening window, point in the right direction, shielded from contact with peoples.
