Am looking at picking up a 2nd hand Air Research Turbo for the 2.8D. Apparently it needs a reco which i dont mind getting done.
Anyone know of a turbo specialist that is resonably priced in the Brisbane area? Motsons Turbos are trying to charge $850 just for bearings and seals - little steep I thought..

I got my TB25 reconed over here in WA for $650.
It included full recon, two different types of ballancing, all gaskets, they even machined the face of the exhaust manifold.
It came back looking like a brand newy.
So you should be able to find somewhere cheaper.

I found them good to deal with and I have spoken to others of their customers that would recomend them too.
