ARB air locker trouble

Hi All

I have a ARB locker in the rear of my zook (zook diff)

I went wheelin on the weekend and eva since the locker won't unlock

Any Ideas on how to make it unlock

I have driven it in reverse whilst doing figure 8's to try and unwind it

their are no unusal noises

Have you disconnected the hose from the solenoid?

at a guess, the actual slide that locks and unlocks i assume is jammed, which doesnt sound the best, other than that no clue on how to unlock it easily

Have you checked the line all the way from the solenoid to the diff for kinks or the line being squashed. Quick way would be to just cut the line at the diff and hope for the "whoosh".

Do that before going to the drama of pulling out the centre.

first make sure there is no pressure in the line as others have suggested. jack up one wheel, and it should unlock more or less instantly. if not, grab that wheel and rock it back and forward, should unlock. if it doesn't there is something super busted inside.

i think the zook problem can be fixed by burning it and buying a yota.
or toning down the fluro rims!

Centre is out no obvious broken parts :?

Man I got a red Daryl fone at my joint it works kinda like the Batfone.

Ok Boys

It seems if an axle is snapped in your Suzuki ARB locker it can crack the cage.

This is what happened in this case

Oh well it is getting rebuilt at a good price ;)
