35's on MQ LWB

Post by Shark »

I know these questions get done to death but i was wondering

1. Will they fit with only a 2" body lift??

2. Will they put way too much loading on my steering etc??

3. Will it affect my car in anyway?? Eg acceleration, mainting speed??

Cheers guys.

If im gonna spend 1500+ on tyres i might as well spend a bit more and get 35's if it will work.

the diesel will run 35s with little problems. i noticed almost no difference from 31s to 35s when in the diesel.

L28 u would notice a big difference but diesel not soo.....
steering not an issue....

have u got 2 inch body currently fitted?

but the answer would be no. 35s will not fit on an MQ with just 2 inch body. they may go on it for road use but they will scrub like buggery offroad.

u need another 2 inch of lift to fit them or a 2 inch guard chop.

screwy ;)

i tried my mates 36" peedes on with my current setup 2" body 2" spring and 2" shackle with a guard cut and it clears easy with heaps of room so you would probable need to go another 2 inches to fit them

I got a 35 inch BFG AT under a stock height body with no guard cutting n sagging springs - if you look at it hard it scrubs thopugh - sit in it n the same happens.

Smallest is 2 inch body n 2 inch spring with very minor guard cutting....
