How the fuck do i get the transfer case shifter out??? Which way do i have to turn that bracket on the shifter? AS i was backing out of my garage on the way to work this arvo i bumped the lever and the prick jammed up and i have no drive....so $26 each way to work for a taxi....NOT HAPPY!!!!!

sounds like ur poly bush under the shifter has crapped its self! ya might have to pull ur shifter out and replace the bush..think its bout $10

Yeh i know its the bush, but i cant get the lever out...the bracket wont push down.

It didnt want to push down so it was bashed out....the bush and lever are all fine :?: :?: Why else would it jam up??

Its back in gear...yes...but it jammed again when i put it all back together...so i pulled it all apart, unjammed it and now i am too scared to touch it at the moment...the bush is ok but i might get a new poly bush next week and see how it goes.

The bush in mine looked "A-OK"...i replaced it just incase and it fixed the exact problem you're having.
