GQ SWB Rear Window Replacement Cost + Some other stuff

I've searched and come up with a few threads, but it was said that there is a cost difference in cost between the LWB & SWB side windows. Is this true?

Also, any idea on exactly how much I'd be looking at to replace them with the same item, and perhaps an approximate on what it'd cost to just replace them with a single piece of glass/perspex?

Edit: Rather than creating another thread, I'll ask about these things too.

The front drivers side door has a terrible creeking noise when opening/closing, it appears to be in the assembly with the springs (sorry about specifics), and idea on how easy these are to replace?

And finally, there is a large tear in the roof lining, has anyone had theirs redone?
