GQ Transfer Case Oil Change
I understand there are filler and drain holes in the front, rear and gearbox sumps. I was wondering how you go about changing the oil in the transfer case?
As far as I can see and indicated in the Gregory's workshop manual there is only one sump plug in the transfer case.
How do I drain and refill the transfer case?

Be careful, some of them take auto trans fluid in the form of Dextron II & you will have problems if you dont use this ir an equivalent. As mentioned the synthetic is excellent. If I am not mistaken Limslip will be a heavy gear oil which wont be suitable.

Use that in the 2 diffs. I prefer the multigrade. 85/140

Nah not the transfer case, I was refering to the rear diff.
You are dead right on one thing though, always undo the filler plug first incase you dump the oil and no way of refilling it up again.
Needless to say I only managed to change the manual box oil. The filler plugs on the 2 diffs and transfer case wouldnt budge. I might have to bite the bullet and get the mechanic to do my fluid change.
