We started discussing this today but didn't get very far.

As it stands i could pretty well knock out a few suggestions, not been a stooge but we have to look at a lot of things that many don't consider.

Milbrodale - Will at this stage be used for the final round of WEROCK, so there is little to no point using this site twice in a matter of 1 month. OWW3 usually around 20th october and WEROCK final mid to late november.

Townsville - Unfortunatly the majority of members are located in sydney, brisbane and melbourne. For the vast majority of these people a trip to Townsville is too far. I know that there are a few guys up there that want to attend, however its a lot easier for 10 people to get to Brisbane from townsville than 50 people to get from Sydney to Townsville. Hope that makes some sort of sense.

I would like to see it held at Rover Park again. My reasons are as follows -
Fairly central for most people.
Most events this year have and will be held down either near sydney and melb.
Rover Park is a great place and is already set-up to accomadate large groups.
The terrain is suited for everyone from novice to buggy's.
Special areas for drages, donuts etc etc.
Family areas for swimming, horse riding etc etc.
Meals can be organised.
Hot and cold showers available.
BBQ facilities.
Plenty of things to see ie waterfalls, goldmines etc etc

and so on.....

i'll second the tenterfield idea.. being central and all that should get more people coming along and being family friendly.

Looking forward to the confirmation etc.

Damn I was really hoping WA would be the location.

Well I guess I better put some money away for this trip.

I don’t care where it is as long as it’s somewhere different…… which is everywhere for me!

I think you have confused antt with Rod Dirt'e, he is the shady character that hides under cars and zip ties your hands and feet together :bad-words: , while antt stands there laughing his ass off. :bad-words:
