Range Rover Sport

Post by DiscoDino »

A couple of days ago, I was running at 130km/hr and this copper-colored thingy passed me by with a shake and a ZOOM! after traffic calming down, I could see from the nice high seating of the Defender the new Range Rover Storm. Today, at the car wash (monthly ritual :)), it was in front of me, I stepped out, said hello to an unlavish salute. Its a beaute! wow! it looks like it needs a ticket standing still! Anyways, the driver was not too into the "LR" thing and he simply ignored me plucking around...

One thing is for sure, examining a truck in a washing station can get you wet!

Actually is is a Range Rover MkIII platform or is it a Disco II platform? I've yet to see one in a flesh. I heard it's slower than a Alpina 4.8 X5.
Anyway it looks like the bomb in pictures.
But i do wonder how would it perform off road though hahahahaha...

Talking about that i heard that apprently the Range Rover MkIII is designed to accomodate a V12... Imagine a BMW V12 or even an M5 V10 in it. Hehe.

I really like the new Porsche Cayeen but somehow it's just devoid of character.
My RIG sucks big time.
