Im not 100% sure but being a 2002 model lux wouldnt this bring some problems with the polution laws etc, wouldnt a injected 4.9L,5L be a better option.

As for carbys when i had my street cars by best advice is stay away from Holleys ,get a Rochestor or even a Predator.Predators look shmick as sort of like a 44g drum sitting up tall :D ,only have about 7 moving parts and easy tuneable.

with the carby 308 he wil definalty need to swap to injection, or fit a straight gas set up, other wise it wont pass polution laws

well the mechanic thats doin the conversion is doin the plates for it to. im not sure wat that does but his car not mine.
