Im not 100% sure but being a 2002 model lux wouldnt this bring some problems with the polution laws etc, wouldnt a injected 4.9L,5L be a better option.
As for carbys when i had my street cars by best advice is stay away from Holleys ,get a Rochestor or even a Predator.Predators look shmick as sort of like a 44g drum sitting up tall ,only have about 7 moving parts and easy tuneable.
