from what ive been told theres two ways they can reset a spring, the cheap and nasty way is cold pressing them, this doesnt last long (6months?)

hot resetting them last alot longer, but if they will sag quicker than new springs. If you flex them alot they will sag even quicker again.

New springs are dear but if your going to keep the car for more than 2 years, probably a more sound investment.

save your money and buy a set of good springs
otherwise you will learn the hard n expensive way of goin cheap on a suspension by reseting them
you will back on the forum in 6 months asking should my reset springs have sagged this much and getting the answer to go n do it properly

2 minds about this

i got mine hot reset and longer main leaf, i love it, and it's been 6 months and it only has sagged one spring (cause i mounted it wrong and it twisted)

got a mate who did it on a 75 ute and hasn't had an issue in 2 years. they flex great... some off the shelf kits don't flex so good, and are bone jarringly rough

depends where you go i think
