Blocked Radiator

i got the radiator out and used the hose also tried hot water and dishwashing liquid which worked a bit.
but is there another way to get the crap out of the radiator.
the bottom 50%is blocked from the dargle comp.

ps i used the search but couldnt find what i was looking for.

soak it in an old bath, wheelbarrow, etc or similar...
the fins can damage easy as you would know, pressure washers can be deadly to the fins.

soaking it would probably be the best way..
