1997 auto 3spd

when turnd on and put into drive it jumps fwd and stalls the motor if u put transfercase into neutral and put it into drive u can here the auto changing also the motor doesnt sound like its idling well. is it engine management prob or transmision or torque convertor.

Dude could be a range of things - have you checked your fluid levels?
Probably the best thing is to get it professionally checked out - auto boxes arent really the ideal thing the mess about with....

yeh fluid and everything like that is ok, its a mate of mine just got back from down south 4x4ing he went through quite a few deep water crossings and alot of mud could this be a reason??

(also we recived bikini and everything today thanks wooders)
