small vibration through drivetrain

I have this small vibration through my drivtrain in 2wd and thought it was normal until Mitsubishi test drove it and told me it wasnt. They told me it was due to the suspension lift.
Is this correct??
I found a broken rubber of the front diff mount, could this cause any vibration in 2wd. Vibation decreases alot in 4wd.
Also transfer case mount has saged a little 3-4mm.

Excessive angles on the driveshaft can introduce vibrations, which normally happen at lower lifts on a shorty because the shaft is shorter. Excessive lift also rotates the diff, causing the pinion to run at a higher angle, so the uni joints don't synchronise properly.

I wouldn't have thought 2" would create a problem. I have similar lift, and haven't noticed a particular problem (with suspension lift, body lift, large tyres and transfer case lever resting against the body I get vibration. )

The sagging transfer case won't necessarily be helping either - if the output shaft is no longer running parallel to the centreline of the vehicle that will introduce vibration. I don't know how far out it would need to be before the vibration becomes noticeable.

Cheers Scott, I was thinking of getting a larger lift in the back but I think I will leave it now.

Check the Uni joints on the rear prop shaft. Look out for the joints heating up after a period of driving or even better take out the shaft and check the joints in both directions. Mine have a tendancy to groove one or two fingers on the spider which does not show as movement in the joint but rather as a vibration when driving. I keep the joints greased at regular intervals but still find this to be the case whether it is the lift or not causing it is hard to determine. Hardy Spicer make a decent replacement but are cheaper to by through a bearing joint rather than calling them direct.
