Don't worry about the cold water. Just do what I did last year. Tell your driver (the REAL soft one), that if he doesn't drive the water sections, you're just gonna run across his bonnet to keep your tootsies warm and dry. :D Which, can be a little detrimental to his paint work if you wear spikes!!!

I'll be down there officialling this year, so I can't wait to see what Rob and the other G.C boys have in store for this year's victi.., oops, I mean, competitors.

See ya's all down there.

Would not mind giving it a go just depends how much damage is done at the xtreme and how much money we have to spend on the truck before we go

Cheers

Alright - So I went out yesterday to sort out my stage. I can tell you - it will be fun

What I have learned from doing this - I dont ever want to be a Navi......

At this stage, we do have spots open, but get in early if you can. As been stated a few are waiting to see what happens with a few other comps - XWC3 and Ateco. Dont Forget - $3000 cash first prize

We sent away our nomination form today, can't wait.

Don't really know what we have let ourselves in for after reading about the cold water. We are new to the competiton side of things and the hubby is driving so it looks like I am in the water.

We need more entrants!!!!!!!!! so far we have 10 registered (11 now with vompie) entrants - max is 25, we would prefer 20.

Could you guys do me a favour and PM me your names? A bit embarassing when I only know people by their log in names :?

Heath,

Any ideas when we can expect the full specs & rules to be released? I'm running out of weekends to prepare, need to be sure everything fits within the rules.

Hey Guys,

Truck has pulled through the XWC3 fairly well  , So we will definately be there (Aaron, A&P Racing) Just filling out the form now.

Sounds like it is a good event, good practice for the Outback, looking forward to it, just have to do a bit of practice with a new navi :)
