I've seen more black and silvers here in SA than the red and silver you've got!

Go for a solid colour for something different- ie lose the silver. A custom colour even, then you'll never see one the same.

i noticed that about the red/silver ones. seems to be a lot of them on the road as well. I almost bought one too but got a blue/silver one instead (better deal)
I havent seen any white/silver ones like David's though.

Saw a Subaru Forester the other day that caught my eye...

It was yellow with the dark grey plastic gards on the bottom 30cm or so...
Damn that would look sweet,
i wonder how you would go getting a plastic shell type setup on the bottom part there, would be easy to clean and look awesome...

could look ok i guess.. just another thing to fall off though.

Remember the old tx3's? with red/blue top and a grey 30cm patch at the bottom? I liked the grey so much i painted my old car that colour, made it a gloss though.

Fall off... If i did that id be doin it custom myself and they wouldnt fall off, damn would be hard tho... have to make moulds of the bottom part of the car and find a place that can do plastic shapes outta em...

Maybe in the next decade...
