Price on a 2.8D (3L)

Post by whiteknight »

what would one expect to pay for a 2.8D (3L) from a 94 Hilux with 250,000km on it?

I maybe getting this sent up to me from NSW along with some other stuff so just trying to work out if its worth the hassle / extra freight or not.. I dont want to loose out by shipping it up and finding out its gunna sit in my back patio for months :(

Try pm ing Guts, he sold his 3L seperate to the turbo as the buyer already had one. This was a year or more ago though, but with other engine options (3Z FE I think the 2.7L petrol or Lexus v8 conversions) that are available now I can only guess that the price would have fallen somewhat.
