what can i say tim youre an inspiration to us all :finger: i out boarded the hangers like you did and stretched the wheelbase out to 84in.i moved the whole spring assembly forward at the front and redrilled the back perches.it must bring back some good memories of youre old zook ay tim :D theres just no keepin secrets around here is there ;)only difference between my bar work and tims is i did all my own work he bought his :finger: :D as for the tech side its pretty similar to tims old rig except the 3/4 spoa in the rear

redzook dont be sorry, people arnt born with welding skills the learn them. as for tools cheap stick welder $100, cheap tube bender $300, hours of fun making shit for your and otherpeoples rigs.... priceless :D :D

the roc box exo n bar looks way beter :lol: jokes!! just wondering how did u mount the sliders?? are they welded directly to the chassis is the chassis plated or wat? pics??

as id imagine ther would be alot of force on them in a rollover.

how many different ways are there 2 make an exo cage.
im makin 1 4 my jimny soon and it will be similar. i.e 3 hoops and braces in roughly the same spots. its just a simple way 2 make a cage.

Does it really matter if the 2 cars look similar? (reminds me of my gf. "I cant believe she is waring the same thing as me" lol)

i asumed they were not just bolted on but is the tube just butted up to the chassis or is it welded to a plate and then welded to the chasis is there bracing on the mounts.....redzook or roc box if you have and pics of this would be apreciated... cheers

its actually 10mm plate boz and yes its welded to the chassis then the tube is welded to the plate
