clutch
Leon and Murray,
I used a thick black texta wrapped around a few times with lecco tape as a alignment tool, then measured it at 4 points with some verniers to check the difference and ajusted the clutch to suit.
From memory I think your allowed up to 0.4mm runout, correct me if I'm wrong.
The job only took me approx 3hr's to do and I've done 4 of them (1 was in shane's truck), I don't believe it's too hard, just need basic tool's and a bit of strength to lift the bell housing back on.
Hope this helps.

Idler Arm
Mark & Murray,
Or a bolt wrapped in electrical tape works ok for a clutch alignment tool. For the idler I've got a puller or if it's real tight use a jack on the loosened ball joint nut to take as much weight as your game and then hit it with a big hammer. Let ya know how I go.

Hi Murray,
Replaced the idler arm this morning, bit of a problem getting the old one off. I ended up cutting out the old rubbere seal and then useing a 1 metre long wrecking bar and a big hammer. Came out easy. Don't know if I wil do the clutch myself. Bit more work involved.
The salesman at Lincorp told me they had Feroza idler bush's in stock, I didn't ask him the price.
Now to go and try Roza on the road then off to the mountains,
