I dont know how right this is but my GQ LWB 4.2 petrol manual 7 seater with 31`s on it measure from the ground to the top of the wheel arch as follows:
LHF 42 3/4 inches
RHF 43 1/4 inches
LHR 43 3/4 inches
RHR 44 1/4 inches
(These measurements are taken with no cargo at all).
Now should the front height be the same as the rear height or not?

no they shouldnt necessarily be the same.
A more accurate way to measure it is to measure from the bottom of the rim to the wheel arch, this will eliminate any differences in tyre pressure or tread depth etc.
It looks like you have a 1/2" lean on it, you could easily correct this with trim packers if you wanted.

what are you trying to say?????????????????? its only 12mm, that is not a great deal to be out by, if you are that set on leveling it out, chuck a 10mm packer in, but in my honset opinion, its not worth it,
