has 2 right angle bends and the third is a curved radius which closely follows the actual wheel arch's profile.

The foot plate utilises the existing holes in the nissan "tub"....2 holes are behind the trim panel while two holes are under the actual seat mounts.
This way the stress of the rollbar is spread over a large area and is attatched to a "structrual" point within the vehicles body work/design.
the 3rd pic is also 3mm plate and it picks up the top seatbelt mount for the front seats.

The back of the rear supports utilises the rear most "cab / chassis" mount which nissan in their infinate wisdom made as a concealed unit. I useed a piece of 32mm pipe and cut it so it went down inot a hole I cut directly above the cab / chassis mount.
the actual support arm was then drilled out to receive the pipe and the 2 pieces then welded together.
As I said in the PM it get tricky with legalities in regard to the supports attatchment so I made a 'bolt up affair" for the top connection of the support to the main hoop as seen it the last 2 pics. A simple 3/8 coach bolt holds it together.

forgot to add....
The rear support arms ......
gotta drill a hole in the body work ( under the tailgate) and to line up with the rear cab chassis mounts
......BUT .......
You'll need to get long bolts that replace the std nissan ones
&
You need to "plug" the actual pipe that drops down into the holes to keep dirt etc out......
I use a rubber bung thats urathaned in, plastic "chair caps" would also work fine

Probably not a big deal because most 4wding is done at low speed, but like you said, anything is better then nothing.

have you got any more pics on how you mounted your roll cage, looks really good, I prefer the way you followed the roof and upright angles. Did you worry about bolting through to the chasis? any more pics would be great
