When the zuk is running, if I use right indicator the reverse lights flash and the tail light on the right dims. This is only when the lights are on, high or low beam.

Anyone know how to help?

yeah sounds like a bad earth, find the earths for the tail lights and head lights and clean the connections, run some course sand paper over the body of the car and the connector it self and then put a small smear of clear silicone over them once there back on to seal off from any mud and water etc
