ok iv done a search but couldn't find shit.
im looking a throwing a 351 clevo into my SWB.
now i already have the engine, but im after a conversion kit. But i want one that will mat up to the factory auto. But worst comes worst ill put a C4 behind it. but i would like to keep the auto.
Has anyone done this conversion before?

AFAIK there is not a kit available to put the ford V8 into a GQ . we have done the conversion with a EFI ford 5ltr to the GQ 5 speed . a lot of mucking around but well worth the time. a fair expense aswell as there was a lot of 1 off machining to be done.
dellow automotive does a adapter kit for the ford motors to GQ box

Going through the parts catolog for dellow, they do a Ford V8 302/351 into Nissan Patrol 1988 and later models. They also recomend to ask for a detailed fax or email sheet on your model.
ok i rang dellow, i can get the engine mounts of then ( but have been told not to due to poor quallity) but they don't do an addapter to go to the standard auto.
