G a y Horn!!

Post by Cossie »

Maybe not quite what you were expecting, but has anyone else disconnected the outer two horn buttons on their steering wheel?

I got sick of accidentally hitting mine whilst bounding up and down rough slopes and everyone turning around looking at me!!

2 mins with a screwdriver and problem solved!!!!

I just fitted a set of big arse Hella horns. I got sick of my beep beep factory horn. Although I do have a Momo wheel with the horn button in the centre.

I got a different steering wheel...its a cool wooden sporty one. Makes my shorty go at least 10% faster

An the other bloody thing is when i hit the out the horn buttons, in one of those panick type moments. It never works as i just press the edge. Yet reverse park on busy street and the fucking thing honking left right and center.

I'd actually forgotten about the additional attention the outer buttons bring whilst reverse parking!

I just got sick of it and disconnected them in the middle of Gembrook one day when I'd stopped for a break.
