depends on what dish rim you have. on standard sunnies they wont fit properly but will just fit if you use a coily carrier

I recently bought some 31x10.5 MT on brand new 15 x7 F100 rims.

Mine just fits on. I had too take off the 3 rubber stops/buffers and replaced them with sum stick on carbon fibre look a like pads, used on motorcycle tanks/triple clamps under the ignition key etc, to stop paint being rubbed off.

The tyre is pressed right up against the back door and the centre of the rim is agianst the tyre carrier but it definately fits ok. It certainly wont fall off or anything.

try deflating the tyre if theres an issue - at least then the sidewall wont stick out so far... and you should have a compressor handy anyways - so its no big loss to have a aired down spare. oh and i dont mean flat flat... 10psi or something.

I used to carry a 32"(15x7) spare their, until i reversed slightly into a tree. The littlest of cracks, became a tear & the spare mount was no more. Should be fine, just dont back into anything, else it may vibrate & tear.

Lucky you are not taking about fitting on a Vit rear wheel carrier.
Got my 30" to fit after modifing new bracket with 1-2 mm gaps on old carrier.
