pro - nice flex etc

cons - uneasy feeling on the roads - wandering etc.

they get loose after wheeling a bit... need to be re-tightened every now and then.

when they get loose.. the wobbles start.

more body roll.

overall i enjoyed my own 5 link as it was very very capable offroad... made my car so much easier offroad.. but terrible on the road.

Would the wandering be reduced with a sway bar or is roadholding of 5-link just bad. Iam thinking of 5-link for my GQ but it is a tourer as well, don't want to screw up roadholding too much. Am prepared to put in beefy anti-swaybar if necessary to improve roadholding.( With disconnects of course)

I ran my Wizard 5 link with no swaybar, 3 degree castor and reasonably heavy springs and the on road performance was good (was a bit of body roll on roundabouts etc., no wobbles or wander), offroad flex was great.

Ground clearance is compromised a bit and the lower arms are exposed and need to be strengthened for hard use. I upgraded to triple cro-moly lower arms which were much stronger. You can lose a bit of turning circle if you run the big ended ute tie rod.
