Anyone else catch the august issue of Overlander?
Dude in there has a supercharged vitara and the poorly written article says that he has upgraded to use Pajero axles and cv's.
I've never heard of this, and i've searched around on here with no luck finding pajero and cv used in the same sentence as far as suzuki's go.
**Off the subject of the question, the dummies at overlander didn't notice he's got calmini suspension under it? That distinct blue is pretty easy to recognise, yet there was no mention of it in the article.

My tires were rubbing in the front, so I trimmed the hood, and now they're fine...
He's been over here with Kym Bolton at the moment. I'm waiting for him to get a chance when he's home to reply. I've done a litle digging already. The Pajero uses Aisin hubs which are a straight swap and the inner flange is a 4 bolt on the same PCD as the Zuk so an adapter would be needed to bolt it up. There are a range of lengths and CV sizes used on the Pajero so I'm waiting for details of what he's used. The article was not that great.

You can see in the article that the rear trail arms are the calmini stuff. I just thought it was funny that they didn't mentioned that brand of stuff in the article.
Yeah, gotta find someone with good info on those upgraded cv's.
I wonder about the pajero IFS fronts and how much stonger they may be. could always swap out the housing and axles and that crap. Still probably be easier than full SAS.
