Shipping and Engine from Melbourne to Brisbane

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a cheap way to get and Engine and gearbox from Melbourne to Brisbane. It is a 22R so it isn't that big.

Also anyone got an idea on what a 22R and gearbox would weight ??

why is it that you would want to ship an engine and gearbox for anyway? wouldnt it be easier to buy one locally, or are they hard to source in Brissy?

well, im unsure of the weight, its time like these you need a mate thats in the transport industry.

Whole cars are normally about $500 for the trip. You should get it for under $200....

Try Simon transport (they just call themselves Simon I think).

I had a vitara 4 speed auto + xfer shipped on a skip from Syd to Tville for about $85.
