What a top day! Started out just trying to get time to install the snorkel I took off the petrol Patrol and put it on the t/diesel. It went so well (even without a template - just lots of measuring and two balls in my throat) that I got time to install the new Milford barrier as well. Neat as a button and finished by 3:00pm. Not a bad day's work. Time for a beer!

LOL.... I went down to a Nissan dealer yesterday to get some of those 45-deg twist clips for the front grille. I was paying the bloke and thought to myself.... "there was something else I needed while I was here.....HMmmmmmm"

Cheers mate - I'll chase some up.
Does the whole vehicle give you that "Toyota Feeling" after the installation?
All I know is without any bonnet rubber for the past year.... The thing rattles around a lot and is quite good for scaring passengers...
"Is that gonna fly up ??!!!!"

I just got some from Nissan, $14 each, bit of a rip off, but I couldnt be bothered making something up when they bolt straight in and look fine. They stopped my bonnet rattling around
Might just have to go and get some tomorrow then. My bonnet nearly popped on the freeway at 110kmh this morning - and flew up and down so wildly I thought she might just lift all the way..... :(
got to test run my moon buggy... and busted a freewheeling hub which ended my day quickly lol.. but that was after a few climbs so i got a bit out of it
