In referance to the above picture. I've done it again and now hate my Feroza to pieces. The guy I got the diff off of won't cover it under warranty either. I was hoping that the refund would contribute to the conversion but I guess not!
Looks more like you're revving it to pieces! What are you doing to that poor truck Dave?

I'm not really doing anything out of the ordinary! It happened when the I was going up a slipper creek bank. The front left got in the air and started spinning and when it came down and bit into the dirt, the resulting the shock popped the diff. Oh and it also did the drivers side hub at the same time!!
Were you still on the gas when the wheel came back down 2 earth
I was up in my mates bananas a few years ago and had trouble going up one of the hills. I eventualy got up with a few revs and got some serious air but I was off the gas before it landed and havent had a problem

Later.
damn that diff broke in the exact same place as mine too.
i've just come up from the shed for lunch, just finished bolting the new front diff and the drive shafts in on mine. broke a bloody wheel stud earlier when i took my dirvers wheel off..
i still want to make some sort of collar around that part of the housing on mine to hopefully give it some strength.
