IMHO for coils it is not so much the brand (as long as you stick to the well known) but how stiff or soft you want your ride to be and how much articulation you want bareing in mind the softer the coil the more body roll and the more likely it is to sag. This is why manufactures like the heavy duty stuff. (Warranty claims)

If you want leafs I would generally go for EFS for comfort, flex and medium load and Enforcer for load(Not the shocks). Sometimes Dobinsons could be better for your application. Too many different prices to list.

Prices from me are discounted. Same price for 2 and 3 inch lift. Delivery is Free

Coils $150 a pair. I usually use Lovells but I can sell Dobinsons or Kings springs.

For Shocks.

Dobinsons $95 each
EFS $95 each
Procomps $125 each

Dobinsons shocks are better for an 80 series (valving) while EFS shocks are better for a Hilux. Also an Ironman steering damper is better than EFS and Dobinsons steering dampers. EFS use to have bigger bore steering damper but not any more. Ironman shocks are not very good.

Bilstein and Koni shocks are great but expensive. Bilsteins are $170 each and Koni's are $220 each

Procomp shocks are especially good because they come in longer than usual lengths and have a limited lifetime warranty.

TJM shocks are good. Most are made by Cofap and some are made by an L cheapo brand(Can't remember the brand just now).(TJM sell these not me)
Austec shocks are also good $110 each. You can get 2 different valvings in these shocks. Either comfort or cargo. Also made by Cofap.( I can sell these).

So to get the best setup it is a bit of a maze soughting through all of the brands.

There are other shocks that are probably over priced for what they are.
