chatto- did you ever fix the foot selector problem?
Mine seems to have done the same thing now and ive snapped the plastic lever while fixing it (where did you get your new plastic lever from?)

when trying to push the plastic baffel that controls the air flow to the feet it seems to be hitting on something, i can hear a definite plastic on plastic sound.

Pulling the heater module out and splitting it to see what the obstruction is going to be a real pain...full dash removal.

edit:
i figured it out, one of my dash vents from near the door had fallen in half and lodged itself behind the foot selector baffel.
Still need to get a plastic lever though...
