Shock limiting straps

Post by crazie »

I have changed the setup in my 4wd and cannot get the shocks spot on, can get them too short and will limit the travel or i can get them about 50mm too long. I would prefer the too long and limit the travel with some sort out strape.

Can anyone recommend what to use to limit the travel

thanks

set one up on greanfourbys rig with an old heavy ratchet strap and fabricated some brackets to suit, works well but only tested it once offroad so far
If the above post did not offend you in any way please PM me so I can try harder!!

I just welded a mount for a D shackel and ran a chain to the sway bar mount.

It was very cheap and easy, but isnt as bling as a custom strap ;)
