Toy axles in a Vitara

Post by ingthorsson »

Hi you guys down there in Oz.
Has anyone swapped 70 series ´cruiser axles with coils and everything into a Vitara?
The reason I´m asking is that I´ve gotten hold of a complete ´cruiser driveline and a Vitara running 35" tires would be.............cute!
So give me some input regarding the axle swap, how much of a hassle is it? I´m NOT asking for information about ready made kits; I´m a good fabricator and I want to use as much as possible of the ´cruiser components; trailing arms, Panhards etc.
Ingthorsson.
if you don´t know its impossible, you just might do it!
