THE LINKAGE FROM THE LOW/HIGH RANGE SELECTOR GOES ONTO THE SHAFT THAT GOES INTO THE TRANSFER CASE BROKE ON MY GQ AT THE KNUCKLE . JUST WONDERING IF ALL ONE PIECE OR IF A PIN AT THE KNUCKLE ?????

Dude, I don't know, but that's some hardcore torque you're putting on a gear lever! Care to let us know what made it slip? Perhaps there's a technique there we'd all like to avoid.

thanks worked out what it is that broke it was a cotter pin at the knuckle joint and apparently not the only one it has happened to due to lack of lube and maintenance . thanks
