Sorry this is probably been addressed a million times before... My mate bought an 81 MQ 3.3l diesel .... it has parabolic springs

My question is How Often do people change their oil, every 5000 or 10000k?s

evry 5 thou. its an old motor now, better off keepin it in tip top shape,
