i wouldnt ever recommend any lift of that size purely in the springs.... you will get absolutely no movement out of them at all....
also you would be better of with new ones if you want lifted springs, re setting them is a waste of money compared to newies and the price isnt much different.....
that price above does sound a little rich.
if u want lift without SOA, then go 2 inch spring, 2 inch body, and 2 inch shackles.
screwy

What jtraf said, OME dakar springs are cheap as - there really is no point getting yours reset, cause it will probably work out cheaper to just get brand new springs.
Depends how freindly your local ARB guy is, I'll let you know when I negotiate my set (may even be able to negotiate a cheaper price because I will already be buying 3 or 4 sets when I buy mine)
You can get a fairly decent suspension package (other less known brands) for under $1000.
There are some retailers on this board which will do a whole kit for an MQ for about $900 or so, if you want their details PM me and I will forward them along.
That is new shackles, bushes, pins, u bolts, leafs, shocks and steering damper.
The car should drive so much better after fitting all that shit, I can't wait to do mine as it's driving like crap at the moment.
