I just ditched my Tough Dogs for Pro Comps. Got them from Ludacris, and they are perfect for my 3" lift. Coils are only just captive on full extension.

Do all arbs sell the tower kits? have you got a part# being in perth is a bit hard .
The old man emus front shock would you have a part # for them also.
And the rear is that what you ask for or is there a part # for them also

yes you need to chop a couple of small tac welds to get the top of the shock mount off but then its easy you just bolt it all back in with the parts supplied in the spacer kit, i will get you some part numbers asap and post them i have just done this to my shorty and it flex'x absolutley awesome i beat my mates gu with a four inch lift on the travel ramp and im running 3 inch

THESE ARE FROM ARB SOUTHERN IN MELBOURNE IM SURE YOU CAN GET THEM ANYWERE.

50MM SHOCK TOWER SPACER = $69.95
OME N73L (FRONT 80 SERIES LONG TRAVEL) $139 EACH
N29L (GU COMP SPEC LONG TRAVEL REAR) $139 EACH

THE FRONT SHOCKS WERE NEARLY 4 INCHES LONGER THAN MY 2 INCH OME GQ SHOCKS = LOTS MORE SUPSENSION DROOP/TRAVEL

THEN REARS WERE 3-3.5 INCHES LONGER THAN MY 2 INCH OME SHOCKS

AT FULL ARTIC MY 3INCH COILS ARE JUST TRAPPED IF YOU KICKED THEM REAL HARD THEY WOULD PROB FALL OUT
GOOD LUCK

P.S. I THINK YOU NEED A 2 INCH BODY LIFT TO GIT THE SHOCK TOWER SPACERS IN

going too do a bodylift anyway so thats cool.
Did you need to do anything to the control arms at the front to make it articulate more?

Is it still the factory front 3link?

yeah mate all standard except for shocks adn springs i put new bushes in the radius arms just geniune nissan ones, people will tell you to get a 5 link but unless you are going to do rock crawling or that sort of shit then i think that it is a waste of time , i have drivne a shorty with 5 inch springs and 5 link front, it was unstoppable of road but a bitch on the road. drove it to mt skene from outer eastern suburbs of melbourne and was rooted by the time we got anywere, were i could put it into 4L as i had to concenrate that hard on keeping the thing on the road. If your still not happy with your travel after the new shocks then buy a diff lock for the rear and then if you still are not happy then buy a front locka thats what i did if suspension and lockers dont get you their then you prob should admit defeat.
